Lower back pain.
Another thing you can do without a machine is just bend your knees, just bend slightly,
grab your arms like this, and just go forward and relax your back, and it'll pop your back
that way too.
Because I know how to pop upper back.
That's where you have the person to grab you and then hold you, and then you can hear it
crack.
I don't know how good it is.
It's kind of nonsense.
