First of all, Gino's been my friend for a long time.
And he's basically the guy that turned me on to this whole LA marijuana delivery scene that is going on in LA.
Which was amazing for comedians and for anybody who has a medical card.
Where you could just call this cool dude and he would tell you what the great stuff is.
And you hang out with him and talk with him and you could buy it.
And it was all totally legal and above board.
It was all good.
But somewhere along the line, some fuckery ran afoot.
And they came up with some new political rules that keep marijuana delivery services from operating.
Explain it.
Because essentially the way they've set it up is like you would have to have had a license to operate in each one of the houses that you're delivering to.
Is that how it works?
