First of all, how the fuck do you make 185 pounds?
How is that even possible?
Diet and exercise.
But you're so big, what do you walk around at?
I'm about 230 right now.
What is the process of you getting down to 185?
I definitely can't do it on short notice.
It takes like all the time.
I have to kill myself.
I used to do that.
I just not eat for a week and sit in a sauna forever.
And then wonder why after three minutes I do it.
I'm fucking tired.
Fuck.
How much of a performance impact does it have on you
even if you have two solid months to prepare and lose the weight?
I feel good.
I don't think it has a performance issue.
