Hello, friends. Ooh, how are you? This episode of the podcast is brought to you by Blue Apron.
Blue Apron is, I really enjoy this sponsor because I like hearing back from people that
try things out that wouldn't ordinarily have done it. I like when people step outside their
comfort zone. For a lot of people, that comfort zone is cooking your own meals. We like to go to
restaurants or we like to cook something really simple like a can of SpaghettiOs or something.
Some people are just not inclined to get involved in cooking something, but then you feel like you
want to mix it up. Well, if you want to mix it up and you want to create really healthy, delicious
meals and do it in a pretty simple to follow way, Blue Apron's your way to go. It's awesome. What
they do is they send you all the ingredients. They send them to you in a cooler. It's all packed in
there. They're all in the right proportions. And then they also send you the step-by-step
instructions. The recipes, like all the portions are measured out. So all you have to do is follow
these photographic step-by-step recipe instructions. It's super easy to do. You really can't fuck it up.
And the meals are delicious. They're about 500 or 700 calories per serving. They taste really good and
they're unusual tasting. There's like a bunch of like really cool flavors. They're not like really
simple meals. Like I'll read you some of the, um, some of the different foods that they, uh, that they
have, that they, uh, send you, um, these recipes for different recipes, Korean bao ground Turkey, quick
cucumber, kimchi, seared salmon with preserved lemon and quinoa, sliced pork steak with smashed potatoes and
strawberry rhubarb. I mean, this is delicious shit. This is like complicated stuff. Like if you
serve this to somebody, they would be super impressed with you. They'd be like, God damn,
Jamie, how'd you learn how to fucking cook like this? You're amazing. Such an amazing man.
