Scott Payne is a retired FBI Special Agent with 28 years of experience in law enforcement, focusing on investigations related to drug trafficking, human trafficking, outlaw motorcycle clubs, gangs, public corruption, and domestic terrorism. He co-authored the book "Code Name: Pale Horse: How I Went Undercover to Expose America’s Nazis" and is the subject of the podcast "White Hot Hate: Agent Pale Horse," created in collaboration with journalist Michelle Shephard.
